After signing up to become a retailer at Auto-Mow.com, your account needs to be approved. If you have not received an email stating that your account has been approved, you are not able to log in.
Please wait until your account has been approved. The approval process can take up to 24 hours on regular business days. If you have waited longer, please contact support at: email@example.com
2. Make sure your credentials are correct
Make sure your login credentials are correct. Make sure you are using the right email address, which you signed up with. Also make sure you are using the correct password.
If you cannot remember your password, try resetting by clicking “Forgot your password” in the login popup.
3. Enabling Cookies
You might be blocked from logging in, if your browser does not have cookies from auto-mow.com enabled. Make sure your browser allows cookies from Auto-Mow.com. If you are not sure how to allow cookies in your browser, please read this article.
4. Contact Support
If none of the above is working, please contact our support team, and we will help you with your issue.
